Painter

Job Overview We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join the College Works Painting Internship as full-time painters. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in residential painting, teamwork, and project execution while working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Painters will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and delivering high-quality results for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, priming, masking) Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow safety guidelines and company standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high quality

Qualifications:

No prior painting experience required (training provided) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work full-time hours, including outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
