Cash Home Investors is a family owned real estate investment company that focuses on fix and flips, home remodeling, and residential/and multifamily real estate. At times we have anywhere from 2-10 different rehabilitation/remodel projects going and we need an experienced hands on Construction Manager to take the reins of costing, building, installing, hiring staff, managing staff, and the completion of all remodel projects that our company purchases. We want an experienced skilled laborer with extensive construction, home remodeling and hands on construction experience in the residential arena. You will be responsible for all aspects on installations and construction for all of our home remodel projects, We would like for this person toe the be technical lead for all flooring, cabinetry, bathroom remodels, tile, vanities, kitchen appliances installs, light wiring, plumbing, top outs, removing of walls/framing, drywall, paint, roofing, siding, landscaping and more. You need to have an extensive skill set when it comes to residential construction and remodeling. Cash Home Investors wants this individual to be able to lead a team of 3-4 skilled laborers to complete all remodel projects in a time efficent manner. Must be a Jill/Jack of all trades, and not afraid to get your hands dirty Extensive Knowledge with drywall, tap, float texture, Must have extensive skills with paint sprayers, rollers, and brushes Knowledge of sheen's and paint types for all projects interior and exterior Must be handy with tools and have tools Must be able to work quickly and efficiently and under or at budget Ability to implement qualify control procedures to 100% ensure we achieve high level finish outs Having vast construction experience and managing employees Must know how to hire and manage skilled laborers Extensive experience in material sourcing Experience managing 2-10 rehab or construction projects at any given time Ability to successfully complete projects on-time and under budget Extensive experience with plumbing and electrical to code- Licensed? Great! Extensive experience with home remodeling projects from start to finish Get it done attitude and the ability to problem solve Cash Home Investors has the properties and is looking for a quality leader to run an amazing crew with dependable contractors to work on all of out projects. The company is also launching a residential remodeling company to offer services to other companies as well, so projects will be aplenty. This will be a full time position with our company. Cash Home Investors wants this individual to work exclusively with our company and be the team lead for all construction and rehab projects.
