$18•21/hr
DOE Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime and some Saturdays required. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Fort Worth, perfect for an experienced painter looking to transition into a long-term, full-time role with a dynamic team.
Description:
Perform all functions pertaining to the preparation and painting of boarding bridges and associated parts. Provide high level of productivity to assure quality finished product and accuracy in Quality Control program.
QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION HOLDER
Basic knowledge of epoxy painting process Must work reasonable amount of overtime Able to walk, stoop, climb and bend at extended periods of time Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time—accurately, efficiently and effectively Must be able to work independently, making sound decisions utilizing good managerial judgement Lift 50 pounds Ability to assess and maintain accurate data; ability to troubleshoot Good communication skills Ability to read, write and speak English Must add value as a member of a Paint Shop Team Must be self-directed, professional and dependable Ability to provide professional level customer service Observe all safety rules, procedures, and OSHA regulations Demonstrate dependable work habits and schedule Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following professional and physical criteria:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year painter experience.
Communication:
Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Physical Stamina:
• Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull in tight or high places. Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
