Brownsville, TX Job Description:

We are hiring reliable and hardworking painters to join our team for new construction residential projects. Work includes painting and finishing homes at various stages of the build process. This is fast-paced work with consistent volume. We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently, follow direction, and take pride in quality.

Responsibilities:

Exterior painting (walls, trim, soffits, fascia) Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim) Tape, float, and texture drywall Stain and enamel work Touch-ups and punch-out work Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow foreman instructions and job timelines

Requirements:

Painting experience preferred (construction experience is a plus) Ability to work in a team environment Reliable transportation Ability to work full days and meet deadlines Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay:

Helpers:

$110•130 per day

Painters:

$150•180 per day

Foreman:

$200•250 per day (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses available for crews that complete jobs efficiently and on time.

Schedule:

Full-time Monday-Friday Consistent work available
