We are looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and understands the details that separate average work from professional craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be experienced in drywall repairs, texture matching, painting, and finishing work in occupied residential and commercial environments. Attention to detail is critical, as our clients expect repairs to blend seamlessly with existing surfaces. Responsibilities Repair drywall damage ranging from small holes to large patch areas. Tape, float, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth Level 5 finish when required. Match existing wall and ceiling textures, including orange peel, knockdown, hand texture, and smooth finishes. Understand and prevent common finishing issues such as flashing, shadowing, visible seams, and texture inconsistencies. Perform interior painting with clean, crisp cut lines and professional brush and roller techniques. Match existing paint colors and finishes whenever possible. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members. Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of drywall finishing, texture, and painting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of drywall repair, texture matching, and paint application techniques. Ability to produce repairs that blend seamlessly with surrounding surfaces. Must own and maintain all necessary hand tools and equipment required to perform the work. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to job sites. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must speak and understand English. Must present a professional appearance and conduct yourself professionally at all times. Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical labor as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in apartments, commercial buildings, retail stores, and occupied residences. Ability to identify and correct finishing issues before project completion. Experience with color matching and specialty textures. FM3 Construction is looking for professionals who care about quality, show up on time, communicate well, and leave every repair looking like it was never there.
