Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and coatings accurately. Execute residential painting projects including wall finishes, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and renovation tasks with attention to detail. Perform commercial and industrial painting tasks on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and organizing tools and supplies. Experience no experience required if willing to learn and consider yourself hard worker Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting on active sites. Hands-on experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry, concrete finishing, welding, and fixture installation is highly desirable. Strong understanding of color theory for effective color matching and finishing touches. Prior construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work within renovation or remodeling projects.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
