Lead Painter

Lead Painter / Pintor Líder We are looking for a Lead Painter to join our team and help lead painting projects on high-end homes and commercial buildings in the Park City area. This position is ideal for someone who has painting experience and is comfortable leading a small crew of painters. The Lead Painter will help guide the team, make sure work is completed on time, and maintain high quality standards on every project. Our team takes pride in clean work, strong finishes, and supporting each other on the job site. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a crew of painters Complete painting jobs within the scheduled hours Prepare surfaces including sanding, caulking, patching, priming, and masking Apply paint, stain, and specialty finishes using brush, roller, and sprayer Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow safety practices and ensure proper use of PPE Work on high-end residential homes and commercial buildings Qualifications Experience in residential or commercial painting preferred Experience with surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, priming) Experience using brush, roller, or paint sprayer Ability to lead and support other painters Requirements References Reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) Authorization to work in the U.S. Our Culture We value motivated and reliable people and are willing to train the right candidate even if they don't have every skill yet.
