Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Powdercoat Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both powder and wet painting, with a strong understanding of color theory and various painting techniques. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. We offer a few paid holidays, vacation and daily on-time bonus Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner while adhering to company policies and procedures. Perform touch-ups and maintenance on painted surfaces as needed. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Skills Proficiency in commercial painting techniques and practices. Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to mix colors accurately. Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
