The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, ensuring that every project meets our clients' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Please do not apply if you are NOT a painter, or have not previously paid your bills by painting houses. ONLY candidates with verifiable painting experience need apply. You would be responsible for getting yourself to work every day. If you are not able to get youself to work, please do NOT apply. Not looking for any entry-level or helpers at this time. Pay will be discussed, and can be hourly, daily, or per the job. Subcontractors are welcome to contact also Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Execute drywall repairs and finish work to ensure a smooth surface before painting. Install fixtures and perform minor carpentry tasks related to painting projects. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project. Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to minimize risks and hazards. Requirements Proven experience in residential painting

REQUIRED

Familiarity with construction site environments and safety practices. Proficient in the use of power tools and other painting equipment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
