Staunton VA Job Overview Clean Easy is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a Part-Time Multifamily Vacant Unit Cleaner & Interior Painter position. This role focuses strictly on preparing vacant apartment units for new residents through detailed cleaning and full interior painting. This is apartment turn work in multifamily communities. Candidates must be able to work efficiently, independently, and maintain quality standards while completing vacant units. Responsibilities Complete detailed cleaning of vacant apartment units Perform full standard interior painting of vacant units Prep walls and complete minor patching before painting Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, baseboards, windows, and surfaces Remove trash and debris from units Ensure units are fully move-in ready Maintain a clean and professional work area Communicate unit completion updates when needed Requirements Previous apartment turn, vacant unit cleaning, or interior painting experience preferred Experience with full interior painting required Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must be dependable and punctual Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day Must have all cleaning supplies, painting supplies, tools, and equipment — no exceptions Compensation Pay ranges from $350-$700 per day Pay is based on: Unit size Scope of work Number of units completed Schedule Part-time Must be available in the mornings by 9am.
