We will train the right candidate — and we pay based on skill and performance. What You'll Do Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming). Paint interior and exterior walls, trim, and detailed finishes. Protect job sites and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Use and maintain hand and power tools properly. Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Communicate professionally with team members and clients. Follow safety standards and company procedures. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability. Attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work independently and on a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for certain roles). Painting experience is a plus — but not required.
