Looking for something new to paint? We are looking for a quality painter to complement our team of professionals. Attention to detail is paramount for this position.

Summary:

Primary responsibility is internal and external painting within the Bromley Village and Bromley base of operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Painting of internal and external buildings, structures and residences on the Bromley Village property and around the Bromley Resort base of operations. Work with other members of the property services team in maintaining the beauty and functionality of Bromley property. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Competencies:

Team oriented Able to work independently Attention to detail Ability to work on ladders, roofs and other exposed areas Able to lift and carry painting supplies like ladders, full paint cans and other materials over uneven terrain, up and down stairs and ladders

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This individual works indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights or in confined spaces. This individual also routinely uses standard painting materials, chemicals, and equipment. The position requires the safe operation of ladders and power tools on a regular basis.

Physical Demands :

This is a physically active position requiring several hours of walking, bending, reaching and climbing.
