High-End Residential Painter We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, specializing in premium residential painting and restoration. This is a role for a craftsman who treats every home like a showroom and understands that a superior finish is the only acceptable outcome. The Work Precision Painting:

Delivering top-tier interior and exterior paint finishes with sharp lines and uniform coverage.

Surface Prep:

Comprehensive sanding, stripping, and masking. We believe 90% of the finish happens before the paint hits the wall.

Restoration:

Helping bring weathered surfaces back to life through meticulous preparation and coating.

Equipment Mastery:

Operating and maintaining professional gear, including airless sprayers and specialized restoration equipment. The Professional Kit (Requirements) We provide all major equipment, ladders, PPE, and job-site consumables (rags, sanding blocks, etc.). However, all team members are expected to arrive on-site with their own professional hand tools , including:

Brushes & Tools:

High-quality angled sash brushes, a 5-in-1 tool, and a professional-grade caulk gun.

Daily Gear:

A reliable tape measure and screwdrivers for hardware removal.

What We're Looking For The Skillset:

Strong background in residential painting with a focus on high-end finishes. The Bonus (Preferred): Experience with interior and exterior wood staining or clear coat applications is a significant plus, but we are willing to train a dedicated painter on our specific staining and restoration processes.

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with high-performance coatings and technical application specs.

Professionalism:
