Experienced Interior & Exterior Painter Needed - Tri-Cities, WA We are looking for an experienced painter to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, show up on time, and know how to deliver a professional finish, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Be Doing Interior and exterior residential painting Surface preparation including masking, scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming Brush, roll, and spray application Cabinet painting experience is a plus Pressure washing and exterior prep work Maintaining clean, organized job sites Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members Following our proven prep and paint process to deliver high-quality finishes Requirements 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred Experience with interior and exterior painting Knowledge of proper prep work and paint application techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Ability to lift ladders, paint, and equipment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be dependable and show up ready to work Preferred Qualifications Airless spray experience Cabinet refinishing experience Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams products Construction or remodeling background What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work opportunities Professional team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Work with a company backed by over 10 years of painting experience in the Tri-Cities About Us The Hive Construction specializes in high-quality residential interior, exterior, and cabinet painting.
