Job Description

Lead House Painter / Experienced Painter Needed I am looking to hire a dependable and motivated Lead House Painter or Painter with at least 1 year of experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of painting experience Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in quality work Positive attitude, motivation, and drive Ability to work independently and as a crew
Lead Painter Requirements:
Must have a truck or van capable of hauling ladders, tools, and painting equipment Must be able to lead and manage employees productively and professionally Ability to keep projects organized, on schedule, and maintain quality workmanship
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior residential painting Prep work including sanding, masking, caulking, and patching Maintaining clean and organized job sites Communicating professionally with team members and customers Leading crews and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently Must have basic hand painting tools-paint brush, cut bucket, wire brush, pot hook, scraper, weenie roller frame
Pay:
