Job Description

Crew Member Are you a self-driven, organized, team-oriented Painter that loves residential painting? Do you thrive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment and have a track record of getting results through planning and execution? Would you like to join a great team that values honesty, professionalism and accountability? If you answered "YES" to the above, read on!
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We're a fourth-generation luxury residential painting company, and we're looking for painters who care about doing work they're proud of. Who you'll work for: A small, growing team of people who came up doing this work ourselves. We understand what it takes to deliver precision on $1.5M+ homes — and we don't ask our team to do anything we wouldn't do ourselves. Our leadership came from the field, which means no unrealistic timelines, no cutting corners, and genuine respect for the craft.
What makes this different:
Most painters chase volume. We chase quality. You'll work on high-end residential projects where the details actually matter — where a perfectly executed finish or flawless trim is noticed and appreciated by both clients and the team. You're not one of fifty painters at a large outfit; you're part of a small team where your work is visible and your growth is noticed. We offer year-round work in an industry where that's rare. You're not wondering where next month's paycheck comes from. We've built systems and processes that let us plan ahead, stay organized, and operate as a real business — not a hustle.
What we value:
Hospitality. Excellence. Ease. We want people who take pride in their work, who communicate well with clients and crew, and who appreciate working with a team that has their back.
Room to grow:
As we expand into ultra-high-end markets, there are genuine opportunities to develop deeper specialization — whether that's decorative finishes, cabinet refinishing, or project leadership.
