- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.
- Restore and maintain existing surfaces through repainting or refinishing as needed.
- Install fixtures and perform construction painting tasks on various projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the duration of each project. Requirements
- Verifiable experience as a Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction settings.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques is preferred.
- Experience in remodeling and fixture installation is a plus.
- Spanish proficiency a plus.
- Preparar las superficies para el pintado mediante limpieza, lijado y enmasillado, según sea necesario.
- Aplicar pintura, barniz u otros acabados utilizando brochas, rodillos o equipos de pulverización de pintura sin aire.
- Restaurar y mantener las superficies existentes mediante repintado o reacabado según sea necesario.
- Instalar accesorios y realizar tareas de pintura de obra en diversos proyectos.
- Seguir los protocolos de seguridad y mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio durante toda la duración de cada proyecto. Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrable como pintor con un sólido portfolio de proyectos completados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo en diversos entornos de construcción.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo para cumplir eficazmente con los plazos de los proyectos.
- Se valorará el dominio de las técnicas de pulverización de pintura sin aire.
- Se valorará la experiencia en reformas y en la instalación de accesorios.
- Se valorará el dominio del español.
