Apprentice Painter White Peak Custom Finishes Seasonal Position | Paid Training | Full-Time Potential White Peak Custom Finishes is looking for a motivated Apprentice Painter to join our team for the season. What We're Looking For We want someone who: Is quick to learn and takes direction well Takes pride in doing quality work Is accountable and dependable Shows up on time and ready to work Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Pays attention to detail Works well with a team Is willing to learn proper prep, painting, and finishing techniques What You'll Be Doing As an Apprentice Painter, you will be trained to assist with: Interior and exterior painting Surface prep (masking, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, priming) Protecting floors, furniture, and jobsite areas Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment Helping with setup and cleanup on jobsites Learning proper painting techniques and jobsite efficiency Supporting lead painters and crew members as needed Requirements Valid driver's license is preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift ladders, paint, and materials Comfortable working on ladders and being active throughout the day Construction or painting experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and improve every day What We Offer Paid training Hands-on experience in the painting trade Opportunity to grow your skills Positive team environment Potential for continued work based on performance Position Type Seasonal Full-time hours may be available depending on workload and performance

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
