We are looking for experienced residential painters to join our paint department! Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skill level, project bonus opportunities, health insurance and matching retirement and a great culture to work at. We are seeking journeyman level painters who can work alone, part of a crew and lead apprentice level crew members.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
  • Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
  • Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
  • Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other fillers
  • Repair damaged drywall
  • Use hand tools and power tools as necessary for the job
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with different painting techniques including airless paint spraying
  • Basic carpentry skills for repairing damaged surfaces
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
