Full-Time About Us Pavilion Painting & General Contracting is a growing company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial painting, along with general contracting services. We take pride in delivering professional results, maintaining strong safety standards, and building a reliable team of skilled tradespeople. Position Overview We are seeking skilled Painters and experienced J ourneyman Painters to oversee painting projects, lead crews, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires both hands-on expertise and leadership ability. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise painting crews (typically 2-10+ employees) Coordinate daily job site operations and workflow Read and interpret project plans, scopes, and specifications Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching, priming) Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards Train and mentor crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups as needed Qualifications 3+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial) Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment Experience with spraying equipment is required Ability to manage time, crews, and multiple tasks efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders/scaffolding/lifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality OSHA/safety knowledge is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement within the company Supportive team environment Potential for performance-based bonuses Why Join Pavilion Painting & General Contracting?
