We are looking for a Painter's Helper to assist experienced painters on residential and commercial projects , including new construction and remodels . Responsibilities Assist painters with interior and exterior painting projects Surface preparation: sanding, scraping, patching, and cleaning Masking, taping, and protecting surfaces Mixing paint and materials Rolling, brushing, and basic spraying under supervision Caulking and general prep work Jobsite cleanup and organization Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely Heavy ladder work and lifting Requirements Some painting or construction experience preferred (willing to train the right person) Valid driver's license required Drug-free Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred Reliable, dependable, and punctual Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Attention to cleanliness and detail on customer properties What We Offer Wages based on experience On-the-job training and skill development Opportunity to grow into a lead painter or sprayer position Steady work with a supportive team If you're eager to learn, hardworking, and ready to build a career in the painting trade, we'd love to hear from you.
