Better View Painting is a growing residential and commercial painting company dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. As one of our area's premier painting contractors, we're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values professionalism, integrity, and excellence. No Painting Experience Required We're not looking for experienced painters—we're looking for the right people. If you're willing to show up early, work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled professional painter. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting pay: $17

• 20 per hour, based on experience Team members without painting experience start within the pay range and are eligible for advancement to $20 per hour upon successful completion of training All team members are eligible for project completion bonuses Top performers can earn bonuses that effectively increase compensation to $30+ per hour Opportunities for advancement into lead painter, project manager and other leadership positions What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Professional attitude and appearance Positive team-oriented mindset Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Commitment to finishing projects the right way Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What You'll Learn Residential and commercial painting techniques Surface preparation and repair Professional spraying, rolling, and brushing methods Job site safety and organization Customer communication and service Industry-leading standards and best practices Why Join Our Team?
