Job Description
Experienced Painter / Finishing Specialist (Leadership Position) No calls or texts. Resume submissions only. We are seeking a highly experienced Painter / Finishing Specialist to join our team in a key leadership role. This is a high-responsibility position requiring strong technical ability, professionalism, jobsite management skills, and the ability to lead crews independently from Day 1. This is not an entry-level role. The individual hired will be expected to take charge of projects, supervise employees, maintain production standards, and represent the company professionally on residential and commercial job sites. Leadership & Management Responsibilities Lead and manage job sites with minimal oversight Supervise, train, and direct less-experienced crew members Coordinate workflow, layout, and project sequencing to maximize efficiency Maintain high-level quality control and professional jobsite standards Ensure projects stay organized, productive, and moving forward on schedule Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Assist with material purchasing, logistics, and sales support as needed Required Technical Experience Applicants must already be fully capable and proficient in the following: Operating airless and HVLP spray equipment Hanging wall coverings Applying high-end finishes and marine coatings Performing Level 5 drywall finishing Applying stains and specialty coatings Physical & Professional Requirements Ability to assemble scaffolding and lift/place ladders up to 32' unassisted Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage crews effectively Must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of handling responsibility To Apply Submit a detailed resume with verifiable references.
