Job Description

I'm looking to hire a crew for exterior residential painting starting Summer 2026! This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) with pay ranging from $17-$23/hour based on performance and experience. You must be 18 or older to apply. I'm looking for reliable, hardworking people who want to be part of a supportive, upbeat team. The work is fast-paced, outdoors, and every day is a little different. This is a full-time summer role with real opportunities to grow within the company, including potential promotion into management positions starting Fall 2026. Jobs are located in the Fort Atkinson / Lake Mills area, and reliable transportation to job sites is required. Experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided!
Pay:
$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
