Position Summary:

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our painting crew. This position involves working outdoors and on-site at residential and/or commercial properties. No prior painting experience is required—we provide training for the right candidates.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Opportunities for pay increases based on growth and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

Perform exterior and interior painting tasks Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Punctual and dependable Previous full-time work experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working on a team
