Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint Apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and touch up as necessary Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment Estimate materials and labor costs for projects and assist in project planning Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and application techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks for extended periods Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of protective gear We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that values craftsmanship and professional growth.
