Painter

Job Overview We are seeking hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and with their hands who are coachable to paint homes this year. The services we provide our customers include exterior paint jobs, interior paint jobs, deck stains, and painting fences. Requirements would be that individuals have access to transportation and are willing to work full time (40 hours per week). No prior painting experience is required; we will train every applicant. Promotional opportunities are available for those who learn quickly, gain a grasp of expectations for the job, and show leadership skills with humility. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, caulking, and applying primer to ensure paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, using tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns (including airless paint spraying). Be coachable to give best effort and follow directions. Open and honest communication with homeowners. Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety standards. Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
