What You Will Do:

Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including patching, sanding, and surface repair. Apply professional-quality paint, primer, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces. Complete room turnovers efficiently to ensure spaces are clean, fresh, and ready for new residents. Maintain the appearance of common areas, hallways, and shared spaces through ongoing touch-ups and repairs. Protect resident belongings and maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment at all times. Travel between Azura communities using a company-provided vehicle. Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the facilities team as needed.
