The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be able to work on a variety of projects. Responsibilities Perform painting duties including preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and applying paints Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficient painting Conduct concrete finishing as needed Restore and refinish surfaces to their original condition Work on commercial painting projects Assist with construction estimating for painting jobs Experience Proficiency in basic math for measuring and calculating paint quantities Experience in maintenance person tasks and remodeling projects is a plus Knowledge of construction painting techniques Familiarity with construction estimating is advantageous Lead abatement certified a plus!
