Responsibilities Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting finishes Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, siding, doors, decks, and other residential surfaces Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to complete projects efficiently and professionally Protect flooring, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas using proper masking and covering techniques Follow project specifications and work orders to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold safety standards at all times Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications Would prefer experience.
