Job Summary Looking for a great summer job with strong pay, hands-on experience, and a positive team environment? I am hiring motivated individuals to join my painting crew for the summer! I am a UW-Oshkosh student and local branch manager with College Works Painting for the Oshkosh area and its surrounding communities. I am looking to build a reliable, hardworking team for the upcoming season! Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting on residential homes Prep surfaces (scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Deliver quality work using Sherwin-William products Skills/Requirements 18+ Reliable form of transportation Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday with some flexibility Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and on ladders Attention to detail Painting experience is a plus, but not required (we will provide training) Benefits Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses Hands-on training and leadership experience Consistent summer hours A supportive, team-oriented work environment Great experience to put on resumes (especially for business, construction, or project management fields) If you are looking to make good money, learn valuable skills, and be part of a solid team this summer, apply now!
