Painter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring high-quality results.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Select appropriate paints or coatings for each project
• Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired results
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Use power tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, and scaffolding
• Repair damaged surfaces and perform minor carpentry work as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Proficiency in plastering, frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and power tools
• Ability to renovate and weld as necessary
• Familiarity with airless paint spraying and caulking techniques
• Skilled in maintenance person tasks such as fixture installation
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
