Fenrich Custom Finishes is seeking a full-time Experienced Painter. We are a family owned business that believes in providing the utmost quality and service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including; prepwork, brushing, rolling and spraying. This role involves restoring surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring high-quality results. This includes interior and exterior painting, primarily residential, in Sheboygan and occasionally surrounding counties. The painter will work with a variety of tools and materials to achieve the desired aesthetic while adhering to safety standards. We provide paid, on-the-job training, including access to our custom online training course to ensure your success from day one.Duties:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint, clearcoats, and other finishes using brushes or airless paint spraying equipment. Utilize power tools effectively to assist in the preparation and application processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Work cohesively with crew members to maintain efficiency and consistency on all projects. Aim to exceed customer expectations in every aspect of the job.Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential and/or construction painting, or related fields is a plus. Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders. Should have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate time-management skills, including arriving to work on time.Benefits:
