Experienced Painter

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team and be responsible for executing high-quality painting projects in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a history of professional painting, light drywall and the ability to lead others. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We do things right here and don't want people who cut corners. •There is drive time with this job, expect to be within 20 minutes to and hour away most days as we cover a large service area, but we do pay any drive time over 30 minutes each way. Sometimes we may have projects that are up to an hour and a half away(not often at all) and when we do, you can choose between paid drive time or a hotel.•Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment. Stay on schedule and meet deadlines for projects. Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and care. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting. Ability to lead others. Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations. Experience in plastering, stucco application, painting and flooring is required. Previous maintenance person experience or skills in carpentry (frame carpentry and trim carpentry) is advantageous.

PAY:

Starting pay for an

EXPERIENCED

painter is $20/hr-$25/hr. Once leading a crew you can make up to $30/hr+.
