Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Painter to assist in painting projects across residential, commercial and new construction. As a Painter, you will coordinate and execute high-quality painting work, follow direction, and ensure safety and efficiency on every project. Your expertise in various painting techniques, surface preparation, and construction processes will drive successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a skilled team and contribute to transformative renovation and restoration projects. Duties Prepare surfaces through plastering, sanding, caulking, and other surface prep techniques to achieve optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, primers, and specialty coatings using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment. Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting. Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, framing, masonry, and concrete finishing. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of color theory for effective color matching and aesthetic consistency across projects. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates; experience with construction site safety protocols is essential. Pay:
$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
