Painter

Job Overview We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Painters. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are willing to work outdoors, take pride in their work, and put in consistent effort to deliver high-quality results. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided through Sherwin-Williams. This position offers full-time hours, opportunities for performance-based bonuses and raises, and valuable experience in residential and commercial painting. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve smooth, even coverage Work on a variety of projects including residential homes and light commercial properties Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard Communicate effectively with other painters and clients when needed Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and put in consistent effort Reliable transportation to job sites in and around the Viroqua area Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week No prior experience required—training will be provided What We Offer Full-time work throughout the summer (40 hours per week) Training through Sherwin-Williams Opportunities for bonuses and pay increases based on performance A team-oriented environment with opportunities to build valuable skills in leadership, time management, and craftsmanship
