You're not satisfied with $15 an hour but want to push for $20 Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and ladders to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes. Execute construction painting tasks on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and industrial structures. Perform restoration and renovation work by repairing damaged surfaces, applying specialty coatings like industrial paint or masonry sealants. Ensure safety protocols are followed on construction sites while maintaining quality standards throughout each project.

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
