Laborer/Painter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Contract Laborer to assist with general maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across apartment buildings. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled with hands-on work, adaptable, and able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, hauling, and basic property upkeep Assist with apartment unit turns (trash removal, light repairs, painting prep, etc.) Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, fixture replacement, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks Maintain cleanliness of common areas, parking lots, and exterior grounds Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Report maintenance issues or hazards to property management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties if needed Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication skills
