The Skilled Maintenance Crew (Painter) team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

• -Prep, drywall, basic carpentry, painting, and clean up. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Track and recode their timesheet daily. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Use skill-based knowledge and experience to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality every day. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Adhere to all resort and department policies. style="list-style-type:disc

Job Requirements:

• -High School Diploma or equivalent. style="list-style-type:disc
• -At least 2 years of painting experience. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Be able to climb ladders or scaffolding. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Able to lift 50 lbs. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and painting. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Must check out and take care of company tools daily. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Valid Driver's license. style="list-style-type:disc
