• Posted on March 26, 2026 Published By Adam Wellman Trillium Construction is hiring industrial pipe fitters to work at an aluminum plant in Bay Minette, Alabama.

After arriving on site, candidates will be asked questions pertaining to ISO sketches to prove their skill set. Candidates will be running mainly small bore pipe, 1in-18in. Candidates will have to field route the piping. Candidates will mainly be working with carbon steel up to schedule 40. Candidates may be asked to perform simple ISO hand sketch of the piping. Candidates will work 6 days a week. 10 hour shifts. This is a night shift position. Shifts are from 4pm-2:30am. The duration of the project will be 3 months. Pay is up to $36/hr. Per diem is $120/all 7 days as long as all required shifts are worked. Apply now!
