Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pipefitter's to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various projects. Responsibilities Candidates need experience in sprinkler systems/fire protection industry Experience with sprinkler installation/service preferred Install fire sprinkler systems, HVAC piping, plumbing lines, and pipeline infrastructure on construction sites or manufacturing facilities. Perform rigging and assembly of pipe components ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening using calipers, schematics, and other precision measuring tools. Conduct routine maintenance checks on piping systems; troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge to identify leaks or failures. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with tube bending, welding operations, and heavy rigging equipment to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, soldering, and pipe welding techniques with a strong understanding of <

> welding standards. Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, ASME codes & standards, and technical diagrams related to pipeline installation and maintenance. Mechanical aptitude combined with experience in construction site environments or manufacturing settings involving plumbing or HVAC systems. Skilled in using hand tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, calipers; power tools including drills and grinders; and rigging equipment for lifting heavy pipe sections. Knowledge of pipe threading processes and tube bending for custom fitting applications. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise pipe fitting tasks. Familiarity with schematics related to fire sprinkler fitting, plumbing systems, HVAC piping, or pipeline projects. Experience working within construction or manufacturing industries with a focus on safety standards like OSHA regulations.
