Job Summary:

This is a full time year round position located in the beautiful city of Williams, AZ. The Certified Welder I is a skilled level position responsible for performing simple, routine, and repetitive tasks using standard welding procedures, tools, materials, machines, and equipment; ability to weld metal using stick, MIG, TIG, cutting with torch and plasma. Responsibilities Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement, Core Values, and Cultural Pillar. Reads and interprets blueprints, working drawings and sketches, performing accurate math calculations and layout. Works in confined spaces and standing for extended periods of time. Safely operates machinery and tools, using required safety equipment and PPE, including various forms of respirators and eye protection. Cleans equipment and work area using proper materials, and follows environmental policy and procedure regarding proper disposal of hazardous waste materials and SDS Sheets. Follows instructions, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions, and keeps commitments. Other duties as assigned.
