Job Description

Role Own fire sprinkler projects from turnover through closeout. You are responsible for execution, coordination, cost control, and delivering projects that pass inspection without issue. Position Overview Run multiple projects (overhead and underground; commercial and residential) Coordinate directly with designers, GCs, owners, AHJs Coordinate and direct field crews; troubleshoot issues with sprinkler fitters to keep projects moving forward Review plans, submittals, and scope prior to release and identify issues early Manage all fire sprinkler installation work Control RFIs, change orders, and job costs Perform job surveys and complete accurate plan takeoffs Drive projects through inspections and final sign-off without delays Requirements 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler systems Strong field background (not office-only) Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and 24 Experience working with California AHJs and HCAI Fire Life Safety Officers Ability to read plans, identify conflicts, and direct field execution Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining control of schedule, cost, and documentation What Matters You take ownership and do not require constant oversight You keep projects moving and prevent problems before they happen You communicate clearly with both field and office You stay organized and follow through Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + holidays Long-term opportunity for increased responsibility and pay To Apply Send your resume and include: Number of projects you typically run at once Projects managed (type and value) Length of fire sprinkler field experience
