Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Trenchless Sewer Installation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on advanced, non-invasive sewer repair and replacement methods, including pipe lining, pipe bursting, and epoxy coating applications. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in modern trenchless technologies and committed to delivering efficient, high-quality results with minimal disruption to properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform trenchless sewer installations using methods such as pipe bursting and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining Apply epoxy coatings to rehabilitate existing pipelines and extend their lifespan Conduct inspections and assessments of sewer systems to determine the most effective repair solution Operate and maintain specialized trenchless equipment and tools Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers on project scope and timelines Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or repair processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in trenchless sewer repair and installation Hands-on expertise with pipe lining, pipe bursting, and epoxy coating systems Familiarity with sewer camera inspection equipment and diagnostic techniques Strong understanding of plumbing systems and underground infrastructure Ability to operate heavy equipment and specialized trenchless machinery Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs) Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical
