Growth opportunities Primary Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor various types and sizes of gas compression units from 25HP to 2000HP. Adjust equipment settings as needed to maximize compression efficiency. Monitor system alarms and respond promptly to any issues or malfunctions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components. Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of Compressor systems to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Ensure that Compressor systems are operating in compliance with environmental regulations and permits. Assist in conducting emissions testing and reporting as required by regulatory agencies. Implement and maintain safety procedures to protect personnel and the environment. Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Prepare reports on system performance and compliance for management and regulatory purposes. Collaborate with other personnel, including operators and engineers, to optimize Compressor performance and troubleshoot issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Ability to work efficiently independently as well as effectively within a team environment. Proven understanding and adherence to workplace safety protocols and practices. Demonstrates a proactive problem-solving approach, actively seeking solutions and overcoming obstacles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
