Job Description

Responsibilities:
Installing and assembling underground pipe systems for water, sewer, and drains. Seal joints Safely operate hand tools i.e. pipe lasers and other small equipment. Inspect places to ensure pipes are properly connected and aligned properly. Must be able to set up laser and shoot grades.
Qualifications:
Experience laying pipe systems. Experience working in a team environment Able to lift and move over 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing etc. Check slopes utilizing lasers, grade rods, and transit levels to verify the pipe is installed with the correct slope for water flow. Cut pipes to the required lengths using saws or other tools. Seal joints.
Environment:
Work is performed outside, sometimes wet, environments. Employee must be subject to changes in weather. Minor heights. Non-hazardous chemicals.
