Responsibilities:
  • Work in collaboration with the projects and service teams completing a wide range of tasks including: stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum fitting and welding.
  • Read and understand technicial drawings and P&ID's
  • Perform pipe prep, bending, cutting, threading, welding activities in all manner of commercial and industrial facilities such as, food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical, hospitality, etc.
  • Perform work on a wide range of systems including ammonia, chilled water, process, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and our subcontractors on larger projects
  • Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of technician documents and systems
  • Strong knowledge of piping principles and ability to think of the go.
  • Mechanical aptitude for repairing and maintaining equipment.
  • Familiarity with Commercial HVAC systems and process systems.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle emergency repairs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
