Underground Utilities Position:

Full-Time Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Pipelayers, Tailman, and Skilled laborers to lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.

Responsibilities- Assist Pipelayer:

• Install/repair sanitary sewers, storm water sewer structures or pipe systems.
• Align and position pipe to prepare them for welding or sealing.
• Ensure that grading and bedding is at proper elevation before culverts are installed.
• Install or use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or transit levels.
• Directs and communicates with excavation operator during pipe installation.
• Holds and guides pipe into position checked by laser or instrument.
• Assist Foreman, Supervisors, and other construction site workers with other various tasks.

Requirements:

• Requires prior direct underground utilities (sewer, main line water, drainage) experience.
