Job Description
814 Sand, Inc. is a full-service underground utility and site work contractor specializing in land clearing, earthwork, underground utility, and drainage installation. We also provide services such as demolition, supply and hauling of aggregates. We are seeking to add an experienced pipe layer to our team. Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Two (2) years of proven responsible experience as a pipe layer Ability to install and repair underground pipelines, sewer lines, and water lines Knowledge of different types of pipes including their installation and repair methods Understanding of how to test pipes for leaks and ensure they are properly aligned and graded Physical stamina, strength, and willingness to work in various outdoor conditions, may also be required to work in confined spaces Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work on military instillations. All company employees must follow safe practices and procedures while employed with 814 Sand, Inc. Pay starting from $18.00 + based on experience.
