Sarasota, FL (specific site address provided upon hire) What You'll Be Doing Installing residential fire suppression systems using CPVC and/or PEX plastic piping throughout multifamily units and common areas Reading and working from blueprints, riser diagrams, and hydraulic calculations Laying out and cutting plastic pipe, threading fittings, and installing sprinkler heads per

NFPA 13D/13R

standards Coordinating rough-in work with framers, plumbers, and other trades on a fast-paced residential schedule Performing pressure tests and system inspections prior to cover-up Maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to all OSHA safety standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience installing fire sprinkler systems, preferably in multifamily or residential construction Hands-on experience with plastic piping systems (CPVC, PEX) — this project does not involve metal pipe or threading Familiarity with NFPA 13D and/or 13R residential sprinkler standards Ability to read blueprints and work independently from layout Florida Sprinkler Fitter license or equivalent certification preferred; journeyman experience considered Reliable transportation to the Sarasota job site Strong communication and ability to work as part of a coordinated trades team
